Author/Source: Date: 2022-05-27 Clicks: 13 China Xinlianxin Fertilizer (01866.HK) announced that its subsidiary, Xinjiang Xinlianxin Energy Chemical Co., Ltd., intends to construct a project for new chemical materials (Phase I) in the Xiheshan Industrial Park of the Zhundong Economic and Technological Development Zone in Xinjiang. The planned components of this project include melamine and high-efficiency compound fertilizers, etc. The preliminary procedures are currently being carried out, and construction will take place in phases and in batches depending on the approval results. This project is in line with industrial development plans and industry policies related to environmental protection. It also represents an important strategy for our group to develop the chemical industry chain in response to the \"dual carbon\" goals, as part of our efforts to pursue high-quality development. Upon completion of the project, taking advantage of the coal resources in Jungdong, Xinxinxin Group will establish a development framework characterized by synthetic gas as the starting point, with diversified extensions in the fertilizer and chemical industry chains, as well as the integrated development of high-end, high-value-added fine chemicals. This will lead to a coordinated, high-end, and specialized industrial structure across multiple bases nationwide.
