Bidding Content and Scope: Installation of new steam pipes and associated components at Yichang Xingxing Lan Tian Technology Co., Ltd. It mainly includes the following aspects: (1) All processes such as material unloading, transportation, storage, disassembly and inspection, positioning, assembly, welding, alignment, leveling and debugging, as well as assistance in setting up scaffolding ； (II) Individual projects such as pipeline prefabrication and assembly ； (III) Pipeline testing, purging, cleaning, and installation inspection ； Safety enclosure at the construction site ； (IV) Engineering tasks such as ensuring service continuity during driving tests ； (5) Includes the construction contents of existing drawings, design changes, and temporary additions or reductions by Party A. 2.2 Planned duration: Planned start date: May 8, 2022; Planned completion date: June 30, 2022. Total calendar days for the work: 43 days. 2.3 Location of construction: Zhicheng Town, Yidu City, Yichang City, Hubei Province. 2.4 Requirements for construction quality and safety: In accordance with GB/T50430-2017 \"Quality Management Standards for Construction Enterprises in Engineering Projects\" as well as relevant industry regulations and standards. 2.5 Others: None. 3. Qualification requirements for bidders 3.1 Qualification requirements for bidders: Potential bidders must be on the list of approved subcontractors of China Chemical Engineering 16th Construction Co., Ltd. 2. Meet the qualification requirements related to the project. 3.2 Bidders shall not be in any of the following situations: (1) Being the same person as the person in charge of another bidder for this project. (2) There is a direct controlling relationship with other bidders for this project. (3) Having a management relationship with other bidders for this project. (4) In the past three years, the following serious adverse circumstances have occurred in its business operations: ① It has been legally suspended, disqualified from bidding, or prohibited from participating in tender activities by the industry regulatory authority at or above the provincial level where this project is located. ②It is in a state where it has been ordered to suspend operations, have its license temporarily seized or revoked, its permits temporarily seized or revoked, or its qualification certificates revoked. ③Entering liquidation proceedings, being declared bankrupt, or encountering other circumstances that result in an inability to fulfill obligations. ④In accordance with the company’s requirements for bidder management, those who are prohibited from participating in bidding activities and whose prohibition is still in effect. 3.3 Whether the project accepts consortia: Yes/No. The parties involved in a consortium shall, in accordance with their division of responsibilities as stipulated in the agreement, meet the corresponding conditions and requirements set out in paragraph 3.1 of this article ； None of the parties to the consortium shall be in the situation specified in paragraph 3.2 of this article ； None of the parties in the consortium shall submit a bid on its own behalf, nor shall it participate in the bidding process for this project as part of another consortium.
