The 4.5 million tons per year coal-based coke and by-product comprehensive utilization project under this agreement is to be invested in and constructed jointly by Zhengnan Coal Chemical Co., Ltd. and Tieneng Group, with a total investment of 10.9 billion yuan. Under the agreement, the two parties will cooperate to build two 6.25m ramming coke ovens with 2×2×60 chambers each, as well as one 7.65m top-loading coke oven with 2×70 chambers, resulting in a coke production capacity of 4.5 million tons ； The construction of the comprehensive gas utilization project includes a 200,000-ton LNG production line and a 300,000-ton synthetic ammonia production line ； Tar comprehensive utilization and industrial chain expansion project: construction of a 600,000-ton tar deep processing facility along with a supporting 150,000-ton needle coke production line ； Build a production line for 150,000 tons of ultra-high power graphite electrodes. The main products include coke, LNG, synthetic ammonia, needle coke, graphite electrodes, etc., with the goal of developing a chemical industry that generates an annual output value of 20 billion yuan. This is also a major breakthrough for Tiaobingshan City in attracting industrial projects with an investment of over 3 billion yuan to the park.
